Manager Human Resources

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labor laws, HR policies, training & development and payroll.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Selection Criteria: Preference will be given to those individuals who have work experience in any reputable organization.
