Eye

The Eye Service is comprised of a dedicated group of highly trained specialist surgeons, medical doctors, nurses and technicians. Their expertise is built on world-class medical experience coupled with state-of-the-art medical equipment and technology to help prevent, detect, and treat a broad range of eye disorders.

Most of our eye doctors (ophthalmologists) are foreign trained surgeons and work closely with a team of specialized nurses and technicians to offer comprehensive patient treatment plans for both adults and children with vision problems and eye disorders. These include but are not limited to cataract surgery, corneal transplant surgery, retinal detachment surgery, glaucoma surgery, facial reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, squint surgery, orbital reconstruction and refractive surgery. Most of these services are delivered through the outpatient consulting clinics and/​​or day care surgery, although there may be exceptions where patients have to be admitted and stay overnight.
